    Confirmed Chapter 13 case for individual who had been saving part of his income in his 401k over years of employment. Creditor objected stating that the contribution to his retirement plan was bad faith as he was contributing in excess of legal amounts. Court ruled in client’s favor protecting the retirement he had amassed. Upon appeal, ruling was upheld.
