Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll take a lead role in delivering an outstanding experience to Van Horn Law Group clients. You’ll assist the attorney in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships with our clients, using your knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions to help address their needs and concerns. You’re a great listener and a natural collaborator. You enjoy interacting with people and building lasting relationships – in fact; you thrive on it. You have a knack for finding creative solutions to everyday challenges.

You’ll contribute to the success of the organization by:
Managing assigned clients and proactively meeting with them - in person and over the phone, sending correspondence - to build lasting relationships and generate referrals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act independently in making recommendations to clients
  • Establish a reputation of execution and excellence to gain confidence of clients
  • Implementing self-marketing campaigns
  • Make warm and hot calls in order to locate and contact each potential client
  • Develop and maintain pipeline to meet revenue targets and quotas
  • Maintain pipeline reports on an ongoing basis
  • Gather client information to facilitate a streamlined file opening
  • Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot client files as needed
  • Manage client expectations throughout relationship and service cycle
  • Provide feedback to managers to generate productivity improvements and enhancements


  • Bachelor's degree preferred Associate’s degree may be considered based on relevant work experience
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of client relationships and handle client files from inception to conclusion


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent relationship building, business development and service skills and have the desire and drive to consistently achieve top quartile results
  • Ability to understand the needs of the clientele
  • Maintain poise, presence and professionalism with clients in the most difficult circumstances
  • MUST BE Software proficient (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe)
  • Comfortable writing clear and concise email or snail mail correspondence with strong attention to detail on grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, etc.
  • Demonstrate positive initiative, leadership and comfort working in a fast paced environment
  • Active interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $25.00 /hour
